CarWash 808 Express Kapolei
After the incredible success of the CarWash 808 facility in Waipio Gentry, Hawaii. For this project, the client opted for a larger site to build an even bigger and better carwash facility. This facility consists of carwash tunnel building with over 100' of carwash belt enabling over 1,500 cars a day to be expertly washed and 30 vacuum stations with incorporated shade canopies.
King Residence Waialua
This project is located on the beach in beautiful Waialua on the North Shore of Oahu. This residential design and construction was a collaboration with Lindal Homes from Seattle Washington. The design consisted of a three-bedroom cedar residence with large ocean facing lanai. The challenge was designing the structure to withstand the forces caused by the ocean and wind loads.
Portlock Residence
The Portlock Residence is located in the exclusive Portlock Hawaii Kai neighborhood over looking Maunalua Bay on the south shore of Oahu, Hawaii. The clients wanted to renovate an existing 1960s single-story home into a stelar luxury residence befitting the beautiful neighborhood and priceless views. The restrictive height requirements made for a challenging design for this project. The results were a beautiful two-story house with incredible views out of every room and open lanais.
CarWash 808 Express Waipio Gentry
This car wash was designed as one of the most modern and technologically advanced car washes in the nation. The carwash has a unique belt system for transporting the car and trucks through the cleaning and drying tunnel with rates of up to 120 vehicles per hour. The tunnel building was designed to be open and airy with plenty of natural light and ventilation.
Barnette Residence
The Barnette Residence is located on a hillside over looking the beautiful south shore of Oahu, Hawaii. The clients wanted to capitalize on the stellar views at this location from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The design incorporated unobstructed views with corner windows, large covered lanais, and sliding glass walls.
Fawley Pupukea Bluff Residence
This residence is located on the hillside in Pupukea overlooking the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. For this project the client requested utilizing a steel frame structure similar to a warehouse to be wrapped with wood. This enabled the structure to have a large open floor plan without any interior load bearing walls. The residence has large open lanais facing the Pacific Ocean in which to enjoy the incredible sunsets.
Eshe Waialua Residence
The original house was built in the 1960s and was a single-story single walled structure. The house was renovated into a two-story structure with a separate storage and music studio for the clients growing family.
Fawley Beachside Residence
This residence is located on the beach on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu. The client requested this to be another open plan residence without load bearing interior walls but, constructed entirely of wood. To make this vision a realty, a pole style house was incorporated. With the help of Stiller Construction and Design from Maui this stunning residence was completed.
Fawley Pupukea Residence Renovation
The original house was built in the 1970s with a large vaulted glass living room facing the west. The sun in the afternoon and evening would heat the living room space to the point of being unusable. The design included increasing the roof overhangs to block the sun and create a beautiful and usable covered lanai spaces.
